I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, registered HypnoBirthing Practitioner and Life Coach. I am a member of and abide by the ethics of the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association and HypoBirthing Institute. I previously had a successful career as a senior manager and coach for a number of large companies. I have 2 children.
I use all of these skills to tailor the sessions to meet each of my client’s individual needs. Firstly this is done by helping them resolve issues that have been holding them back and then secondly if they wish by creating and reaching goals in the future. I use cutting edge therapeutic techniques with passion, enthusiasm and confidence.
I offer a professional, yet caring approach. In a safe and caring environment where my clients can come and get help with whatever problems or issues they want to deal with or if they just need some help to move to the next stage in their private or professional life.
I work from my home in Bearsden, Glasgow’s West End and Glasgow City Centre.
